Sunday 27th June 2004 - Craig Wash

With Stanford Hall being a very local show and having received a large amount of interest from members I knew the clubs stand was going to be impressive. This was actually the largest gathering of RCMOC members to date, even beating the monthly meetings. We were told there was a limit of twelve cars on the stand, which meant I had to turn some people down, when actually we could have fitted twice this many in the space we were given. I can only apologise to anyone who missed out.

With many members dropping in during the day I think I have finally met all of you now. I was pleased to see the club gazebo being used as intended, with members coming and going as they pleased and even a disposable barbecue making an appearance. A special thank you goes out to Lloyd Smerklo who managed to get the club a mention in the show commentary.
