Mini 45 Silverstone
Sunday 8th August 2004

A day at the races was on the adgenda for today, but not horses, but horse power. Mini Miglia and Mighty Minis to boot. As normal the convoy started early morning from the Avon Mill. After a stop for a cuppa just outside Towcester, we continues on to Silverstone where we were greated with the normal mayhem. Unable to find the club stand, we pitched where there was space. Mark and Gavin decided to go rodeo ! With not much else to do, trade stands we a little thin on the ground, we all met up in the afternoon to watch the racing, and preceded to have to bump two cars, mine with a blown Starter and Ges with a Flat battery. The Cavelcade was the grand finale, before we all set of home, doing research on the way home for the MMMR !! Good day.. and one to remember.
